To debug any problems you are having with SoftRAID or SoftRAID Lite, please go through ALL of the steps below.
SoftRAID prides itself on it's reliability, and we are confident that, using the steps below, you'll find a solution to your problem and will once more get your SoftRAID system working correctly.
The first thing to check before you go any further (and the first thing our support engineers will ask you) is: Do you have the most recent version of SoftRAID running?
If not, the first thing to do is to download and install the latest version of SoftRAID or SoftRAID Lite. This may be all you need to fix your problem.

We release a new version of SoftRAID every 2 - 3 months. These releases have increased compatibility both with the latest Mac OS and any new hardware that has just been released.
