Volume mounting slow after upgrade to Catalina
#1
After upgrading to Catalina and following the instructions on how to disable SIP and install the Softraid driver, my softraid volume takes several minutes to mount and be accessible after booting. This only happens if the softraid driver is installed. When it is not installed, the volume is mounted immediately after boot, albeit with the generic icon indicating the softraid drive is not in use. Anyone else seeing this behavior?

that should not be the case. Can you send us a SoftRAID tech support file?

Lets take a look.

It could be the drives are slow responding to SMART queries, or something
