Online: This section hosts a wide range of information on SoftRAID including assistance on compatibility, setup, troubleshooting your system, and access to the SoftRAID 3 manuals. Downloads of our complete documentation as well as our demonstration version are available from our download page. Let us know if you cannot find what you need.

e-mail: We are happy to answer any questions you may have. Please contact us at sales@softraid.com for presales or other product information, and at support@softraid.com for technical support. Support queries are handled promptly, are usually answered within the hour, and never take more than 24 hours.

Phone: Phone support is only available by purchase through the Kagi Store. Single Incident support is available for $39 per incident and annual support is available for $99. After phone support is purchased you will be contacted by e-mail by our technical support staff to set up a phone appointment.
